Application
Mainly applied in parts and large equipment of electron, electricity and tight packing of small parts, and reinforced anticorrosion protection in some parts. Distance from metal is within 30cm, each tablet can protect 2.25L sealing space. Anticorrosion term is 24 months according to packing airproof degree and storage environment. In terrible condition, should add using quantity suitably.

VCI powder for ferrous metal has perfect anticorrosion and protection effects for carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, steel phosphide, blued steel, powder metallurgy, oriental and non-oriental silicon steel, aluminum, etc.
VCI powder for multimetals has perfect anticorrosion and protection effects for steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys. But it can not be used to directly contact with other metals, except steel and aluminum.

Product description
water-solubility, sprayable, white crystal VCI powder . PH value is 6.5～7.5（1.0% water solution）, solubility in water at 25℃ is 1g/2ml, suitable for self-airproof systerm (eg. cavity body and pipe) and dry and wet anticorrosion of metal in airproof space.
Application
•Inner surface of compressor, turbine, engine, tank, boiler, heat exchanger etc
•Steam condensation pipeline, closed loop heating system and cooling system.
•Equipment lumen of during and after the test of hydraulic pressure
•Humid shot blasting medium additive
•Cavum, aperture, hole and housing
Using methods
•Dry anticorrosion：spray VCI powder into pipeline or vesel, seal the vessel. Can use hose with compressed air, sand-blasting gun, large sand-blasting equipment or handwork to spray VCI powder. In common condition, using quantity of VCI powder is 100g/m3. In terrible condition, should add using quantity suitably.
•Wet anticorrosion ：add VCI powder into water medium of hydraulic pressure test. Give out water and seal vessel after test. Or confect antirust liquid with VCI powder, spray, brush or dip the workpiece, then seal packing. In common condition, mass concentration of water solution is 0.5%. In terrible condition, should increase concentration accordingly. Can use soakage agent SF/TD-101 to improve soakage degree of metal surface, and quantity is1.0% weight of SF/D-331 powder
Cleanup method
•When need to clean up the powder, swill with compressed air or water
•If use in liquid form, no need to clean up in general condition. If want to clean, can use water to wash.
